With the final weekend of the 6 Nations upon us, it’s all to play for in our 6 Nations Prediction Competition. Paul Clancy and Rose McGough have a slender lead with 55 points to date with David Corlett, Fergus Cronin, Frank O’Riordan, John O’Sullivan and Liam Murphy piling on the pressure with 50 points apiece. The chasing pack on 45 points are well within touching distance.
Last weekends loss by Ireland put a spanner into the works with only 3 competitors predicting a win for England, where as two entrants correctly predicted a first ever win for Italy!
This weekend sees table toppers Ireland host third place Scotland at the Aviva, Second place England head to Lyon to play 4th place France while Italy hope to follow up last weeks win and hand Wales the wooden spoon.
So, like in the 6 Nations itself, it’s all to play for in our competition. We will post details of the winners when the Championship ends.
In the meantime – Come on Ireland!
