Yesterday morning, the pitches at Killarney RFC were transformed into a hub of activity as we hosted over 200 children for our annual Primary School Rugby Blitz.
​Perfect Conditions
Despite the unpredictable forecast, the weather stayed dry, providing the perfect backdrop for students to run, pass, and tackle their way through a series of matches. The dry ground made for fast-paced games and ensured that the focus stayed firmly on fun and participation.
​Growing the Game
For many of the attendees, yesterday was their first real taste of rugby. Our goal with these blitzes is to provide a pressure-free environment where local youth can experience the camaraderie and excitement of the sport.
