The Killarney RFC U16 Girls team is a vibrant and ambitious squad for girls aged 14 to 16 who want to challenge themselves, grow as players, and enjoy the camaraderie of team rugby. As part of our thriving girls’ rugby programme, the U16s are focused on developing technical skills, match awareness, and fitness – all within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Whether players are progressing from U14s or are new to the game, everyone is welcome. Our experienced coaching team ensures training sessions are fun, engaging, and tailored to help each player reach their full potential – both on and off the field.
