The Killarney RFC U18.5 Girls team is a high-energy, committed squad for girls aged 16 to 18 who are passionate about rugby and ready to take their game to the next level. As one of the leading girls’ teams in the region, our U18s have proudly represented the club in both Munster League and Cup competitions, continuing a strong tradition of success and development.

At this stage, players refine their tactical understanding, develop advanced technical skills, and prepare for potential progression to adult rugby or representative squads. Our coaching team focuses on player development, leadership, and building resilience, while creating a supportive, fun, and ambitious team culture.
